The hotel is perfect location on the main market square, just a stone's throw from vibrant bars and restaurants, and only a 5-minute walk to The Menin Gate. The breakfast was really good.
We found the bar closed too early, limiting our chance to relax after a night out.

Pretty quiet area, very central location near Ieper, a lovely chracteristic Southwest Flanders city and opposite huge square and the Menin Gate, as well as the restaurants and cafes around the square...

Enjoyable overall experience. Spotlessly clean and ideal place, helpful and efficient stuff. Incredible magnificent location, to cafe area. Next to In Flanders museum and the Menin Gate as well as railway station. The attached restaurant for dinner.

Perfect location for a nice stay!
This charming hotel, nestled in the heart of the city, allowed us to explore the bustling square easily. The staff were very good, provided us the convenience of storing our bikes indoors. A minor room issue was swiftly addressed, but the ambiance is inviting was good.

We have stayed at this brand-new hotel previously and will be back. The location is very central. It's in a really good building in the pretty quiet area.

It was just an optimal selection for a hurried visit in Ypres with great value-to-price ratio. The staff was really cute, making us feel right at home. Make sure to ask for parking details as it can be a bit tricky to find a spot nearby.

The parking lot is good but not easy with the map which has to be brought back again

The room felt clean and modern with hard flooring, which looked newly laid. The bathroom featured a big, deep bath along with a spacious walk-in shower, both with plenty of hot water available. I appreciated the location, right across from the Cloth Hall, giving a great view of the square. The breakfast options were plentiful. From cooked dishes to a variety of breads, it really set a positive tone for the day. The staff were genuinely friendly, promptly addressing a minor room issue I encountered. The room's decor felt more straightforward compared to the website images.

Perfect location for a visit to the museum "In Flanders Field". Very central in the city centre. All redecorated. Three years ago it looked different. Hardly recognized the house (positive). Very friendly staff.

We just loved the fresh pastries at breakfast and the cozy lounge area where we could unwind after a day out. The terrace was a perfect spot for a sunny afternoon, and the TV room was a nice touch for relaxing. A bit of a hassle with the tricky parking nearby, so I’d suggest asking the staff for tips on where to park without a fuss! 😊

The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The hotel was well laid out with a lift which was a bonus especially if you were on the top floor.
The service in the hotel restaurant was extremely slow (2 hours for a 2 course meal is not good) and the majority of the staff were not very friendly and made you feel as though they didn't want you there. Having said that, there were 2 other members of staff who not only seemed to be left to do all the work but who were friendly and helpful. The stair tread was extremely narrow and the stairwell poorly lit. Be careful or use the lift.
